Krista and Lindsey are 2 of the most professional ladies i have had the pleasure of learning how to dance under. They create a positive setting and empower every women who steps through their doors. There is never any judgment and are willing to open their arms when you need it. All that and so much more make the studio environment positive for all ladies who enter the doors and from there a sisterhood is created.

The dance experience is far more than just learning a new skill or exercise, which it definitely does. This helps women be more happy with their body type and to see what their beautiful body is capable of. Best experience as a seasoned dancer, and also great for beginners.
